Operator Panel: your reception and your queues, live.

Solution overview

A browser console for receptionists and supervisors. See who is free, who is talking and who is waiting in each queue, and handle calls with one click. Works with the TelHarbor phone system and with your own Asterisk-based PBX.

Benefits

No call left ringing, no caller left waiting.

The operator sees the whole phone system at a glance and acts without hunting for extensions or dialing codes.

The full picture, instantly

Each extension shows whether it is available, ringing, on a call or offline, with its presence and time in that state.

Supervise from your desk

Supervisors listen, whisper to the agent or barge into the call, and move agents between queues as demand changes.

Everyone sees their part

Groups by department and permissions by profile (Agent, Supervisor or custom): each person sees and operates only what they should.

Features

Everything a reception desk or a queue supervisor needs.

Live extensions and groups

Extension cards grouped by department, with a color per group and counters for available, on a call and paused.

Queues with who is waiting

Calls waiting, longest wait and calls in progress per agent. Add or remove agents and adjust their priority.

One-click actions

Dial from a keypad, blind or attended transfer, pick up, park, send to voicemail, forward and hang up.

Presence and pauses

Available, Break, Do not disturb, Meeting, Lunch, Other or Logged out, just like in the TelHarbor app.

Call supervision

Listen, whisper and barge, only for profiles with that permission.

Private extensions

Mark an extension as private: it shows free or busy, without number or time, and nobody can listen in.

Operator preferences

Spanish or English, ringtone and volume, a sound when someone joins their queue and pop-up alerts.

Secure access

Individual login per operator, two-step verification, session limits and an access log for the administrator.

How it works

From the phone system to the operator's screen.

1. The PBX reports

Extension, queue and call states are read live from your phone system.

2. The panel organizes

Groups by department, queues and profiles defined by your administrator.

3. The operator acts

Transfers, picks up or supervises with one click, from any browser.

4. Everything is logged

Every action and every sign-in is recorded in the log.

Use cases

For those who answer and those who supervise.

Reception

The receptionist sees who is available before transferring and never leaves calls ringing.

Queue supervision

The supervisor sees who is waiting, moves agents between queues and coaches a new agent during the call.

Multi-department offices

Each department with its own color and group; each operator sees only the groups assigned to them.

Pricing

Included in the Enterprise plan, or per operator.

IP-PBX Enterprise

Included

For all 24 users of the plan, with the same features.

On its own

$25 per operator per month

For the Team and Business plans, or for your own Asterisk-based PBX.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the Operator Panel

Do I need to install anything?

No. The panel runs in the browser. Each operator signs in with their own username, password and two-step verification.

Does it work with my current phone system?

It works right away with the TelHarbor phone system. If you run your own Asterisk-based PBX, it works too, after a technical review.

What does an agent see versus a supervisor?

It depends on the profile. Agents see their groups and operate their own extension; supervisors see their queues and can listen, whisper and barge.

Can I hide what an extension is doing?

Yes. A private extension shows free or busy, without number or time, and nobody can listen in.

How much does it cost?

It is included in IP-PBX Enterprise for all 24 users. On its own it costs $25 per operator per month.
