Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TelHarbor collects, uses, protects and manages information related to business communications, connectivity, messaging, telephony, cloud and monitoring services.

1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to websites, forms, commercial communications, managed services and platforms operated by TelHarbor for business customers.

2. Information we collect

TelHarbor may collect business contact information such as name, company, job title, email address, phone number, country, service interest, number of users, form messages and any information voluntarily shared by the customer.

3. Technical and usage information

We may log technical data such as IP address, date and time, domain, browser, device, user agent, referrer URL, access logs, form events, technical errors, failed attempts, administrative activity and data required for troubleshooting and security.

4. How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, prepare quotes, contact customers, provide services, activate accounts, deliver technical support, monitor availability, resolve incidents, prevent abuse, improve platforms and meet contractual or legal obligations.

5. SMS and WhatsApp services

For messaging services, TelHarbor may process senders, recipients, message content when required for delivery or support, delivery status, provider identifiers, webhook logs, errors, opt-in, opt-out and data related to carrier or platform compliance.

6. Email services

For business Email services, TelHarbor may process domains, mailboxes, aliases, DNS settings, SPF, DKIM, DMARC records, delivery data, bounces, security events, anti-spam reports and data required for support and corporate email continuity.

7. IP Telephony, SIP Trunk and UCaaS services

For telephony and unified communications, TelHarbor may process origin and destination numbers, extensions, users, devices, IP address, SIP logs, CDR records, duration, call status, quality metrics, alerts, recordings when contracted by the customer and events required for operational support.

8. Internet, Datacenter, Cloud and NOC

For connectivity, infrastructure and monitoring services, TelHarbor may process technical information related to circuits, equipment, servers, services, IP addresses, availability, alerts, incidents, monitoring metrics, tickets and operational logs required for support and continuity.

9. Consent and communications

The customer is responsible for having proper authorization and consent for communications sent to its users, customers or contacts through SMS, WhatsApp, Email or calls. TelHarbor may request proof of consent when needed for compliance or abuse investigation.

10. Providers and third parties

TelHarbor may work with carriers, messaging providers, email providers, cloud platforms, datacenters, monitoring tools, payment processors, support systems and other third parties required to operate contracted services.

11. Information security

TelHarbor applies reasonable technical and administrative controls to protect business information, access, logs and operational data. These controls may include role-based permissions, encryption when applicable, logs, monitoring, audit records, access controls and technical reviews.

12. Data retention

Information may be retained for as long as needed to provide services, meet contractual obligations, provide support, generate reports, resolve disputes, comply with legal requirements, prevent fraud or maintain operational security.

13. Rights and requests

Customers may request review, correction, update or deletion of information when applicable. Some requests may be subject to technical, contractual, legal, regulatory, security or service continuity requirements.

14. Changes to this policy

TelHarbor may update this policy to reflect changes in services, processes, providers, legal requirements or operational practices. The last updated date is shown at the end of this page.
