1. Covered services
TelHarbor may provide UCaaS, IP Telephony, SIP Trunk, Softphone, SMS, WhatsApp, business Email, business Internet, Datacenter, Cloud, VPN, NOC monitoring, technical support and managed services.
2. Business use
Services are intended for business communications and operations. Customers must use services lawfully, responsibly and in compliance with applicable policies, provider requirements, carrier rules, platform rules and regulations.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, protect credentials, manage authorized users, maintain secure configurations, follow use policies, respond to compliance requests and report incidents or unauthorized use.
4. Messaging services
For SMS, WhatsApp and Email, customers must have valid consent or another applicable lawful basis to contact recipients. Messages must properly identify the sender, honor opt-out, avoid misleading content and comply with carriers, platforms and providers.
5. Telephony services
For IP Telephony, SIP Trunk, Softphone and UCaaS, customers must avoid abusive calling, fraud, spoofing, artificial traffic generation, unauthorized calls, illegal number use or activity that affects networks, providers or recipients.
6. Availability and third parties
Service availability may depend on carriers, Internet providers, datacenters, cloud platforms, messaging providers, email providers, power, public networks and other third parties. TelHarbor will work to mitigate incidents and restore services according to the contracted scope.
7. Support and monitoring
Services may include technical support, monitoring, alerts, reports or administration depending on the contracted plan. Some changes may require maintenance windows, technical validation or customer approval.
8. Security
Customers must maintain proper controls over devices, networks, PBX systems, users and passwords. TelHarbor may apply controls to reduce fraud, abuse, unauthorized access or operational impact.
9. Suspension or restriction
TelHarbor may suspend, limit or block services when spam, fraud, abuse, non-compliance, security risk, unauthorized traffic, carrier/provider requirements or activity affecting third parties is detected.
10. Service changes
TelHarbor may modify processes, platforms, routes, providers or technical configurations to improve security, availability, compliance, quality or service continuity.
11. Limitations
Services are provided according to technical availability, contracted plans, coverage, providers and applicable commercial conditions. No service should be used as the only emergency method unless a specific agreement states otherwise.
