Help Desk: every request a ticket, every ticket solved on time.

Solution overview

Whatever comes in by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email becomes a ticket. Your team replies on the same channel, with measured response times and help from artificial intelligence.

Benefits

No request gets lost in a chat.

A help desk connected to your phone system and messaging channels, with no portal your customers have to learn.

One place for everything

All four channels land in the same ticket inbox, with number, status and owner.

Deadlines met

First-response and resolution targets by priority, with a warning before they expire.

Faster replies

Templates, knowledge base articles and an AI-suggested reply that the agent reviews before sending.

Features

A complete help desk, connected to your phone system.

Four inbound channels

Phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email create tickets automatically and the customer gets an acknowledgment with the ticket number.

Reply on the same channel

The agent answers from the ticket and the customer receives it by WhatsApp, SMS or email. Internal notes stay internal.

Categories, priorities and assignment

Low, normal, high or urgent; your own categories and an owner per ticket.

SLA with traffic lights

First response and resolution measured separately: met, due soon, overdue or late.

Canned replies

Shared or personal templates with ticket and customer data.

Knowledge base

Articles your team looks up and the AI uses to suggest replies.

Artificial intelligence

Suggests category and priority when the ticket arrives and drafts a proposed reply.

Satisfaction survey

When the ticket is solved, the customer rates the service on the same channel and results are measured by agent and category.

Analytics and pending queue

Tickets by status, priority, category and owner, and the pending list sorted by age.

How it works

From the customer's message to a solved ticket.

1. A request arrives

By phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.

2. A ticket is created

With a number, a suggested category and an acknowledgment to the customer.

3. The agent replies

On the same channel, with templates or the AI suggestion.

4. Solved and measured

The SLA is recorded and the customer rates the service.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the Help Desk

Which channels become tickets?

Phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email. You decide which channels create tickets automatically.

Does the customer have to log in to a portal?

No. Customers write and receive replies on the same channel they used.

Does the AI reply on its own?

No. The AI suggests the category, priority and a draft; the agent reviews it and decides what to send.

Can I set my own response times?

Yes, by priority: one target for the first response and another for resolution.

How do I measure customer satisfaction?

When the ticket is solved, the customer gets a one-question survey on the same channel. The share of satisfied customers is shown by agent and by category.

How much does it cost?

It is included in IP-PBX Enterprise for all 24 users. On their own, Help Desk and CRM cost $25 per agent per month.
