Partner Program FAQ

When is the commission paid?

Every month, on what the customer paid the previous month, once the accrued amount exceeds $50.

What happens if the customer cancels?

Commission accrues while the customer stays active. If they cancel, it stops from that month on.

What stops another partner from claiming my customer?

Opportunity registration: a customer you register before quoting stays yours for 90 days.

Do I need to be a company?

Not to be a referral partner. To be a reseller, yes, because you bill your customers and sign a contract.

Who supports my customers?

We work as a team: the partner handles tier 1 and TelHarbor solves tier 2 through the Help Desk.

Which countries does it cover?

The whole Americas.
