Anti-Spam Policy

TelHarbor does not permit unauthorized, abusive, fraudulent, misleading or unsolicited communications through its services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to communications sent through TelHarbor services, including SMS, WhatsApp, Email, telephony, UCaaS, automations, API integrations and managed platforms.

2. Consent required

Customers must send communications only to recipients who have provided valid consent or where another applicable lawful basis exists. Consent must be verifiable, clear and related to the type of message being sent.

3. Sender identification

Messages must clearly identify the company or brand sending the communication. Hiding the sender identity, impersonating third parties or using misleading information is not allowed.

4. Permitted content

Messages must align with the approved or declared use case. Permitted examples may include operational alerts, reminders, confirmations, service notifications, support, authorized commercial communications and transactional messages.

5. Prohibited content

Fraudulent content, phishing, malware, impersonation, harassment, threats, misleading information, unauthorized promotions, artificial traffic, bulk messages without consent or content that violates laws, carrier policies, platform policies or provider requirements is not allowed.

6. Opt-out and unsubscribe

Where applicable, customers must provide clear opt-out mechanisms and honor unsubscribe requests. For SMS, words such as STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or equivalent mechanisms may apply depending on provider, carrier, country or use case.

7. Contact lists

Purchased, scraped, harvested or third-party lists must not be used unless verifiable consent exists. Customers are responsible for the quality, origin and authorization of their contact lists.

8. Consent evidence

TelHarbor may request evidence of opt-in, public policies, forms, terms, consent records, message examples or use case information to validate compliance.

9. Monitoring and filtering

TelHarbor and its providers may apply monitoring, rate limits, filters, blocks, manual or automated reviews and other measures to protect networks, recipients and platforms.

10. Enforcement

Non-compliance may result in message rejection, number blocking, campaign suspension, account suspension, traffic restrictions, provider reporting or service termination.
