Who it is for.

For companies that sell communications and still invoice by hand: small carriers, resellers, internet providers and businesses that recharge usage to their own sites or customers.

  • You resell minutes or trunks and need to rate each customer's traffic with their own tariff.
  • You bill recurring services — links, extensions, licences — that change month to month as people join or leave.
  • You recharge internal usage across sites, projects or departments, with the detail each manager demands.

From call record to invoice.

The system walks the whole path, and every step is logged so it can be reviewed later.

  1. It collects usage. Call records come in from the phone system and are tied to the right customer, extension or project.
  2. It rates. Each call is priced with the destination tariff and the customer's plan, including the rounding and minimums you define.
  3. It adds the recurring part. Fixed monthly services and the period's changes are added on top of usage, with nothing redone by hand.
  4. It issues and collects. The document goes out with its detail, and the receivable stays on file with the history of what has been paid.

When a customer disputes a charge, the answer is not a spreadsheet: it is their call detail with date, destination, duration and the tariff applied.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about billing

Does it work if my phone system is not from TelHarbor?

Yes, as long as it produces call records. We review your system's format with you before quoting.

Can I bill in more than one currency?

Yes. Each customer is billed in their own currency, and reports keep them apart instead of adding them together.

Does it issue electronic invoices?

The system builds the invoice with its detail; transmission to the tax authority is coordinated with the e-invoicing provider you use.

What does it cost?

It is quoted to fit, because it depends on how many customers you bill, how much traffic you rate and which integrations you need.
