1. Permitted use
Services must be used for legitimate business communications, customer support, authorized notifications, collaboration, internal operations, connectivity, monitoring and contracted managed services.
2. Prohibited activities
TelHarbor services may not be used for spam, fraud, phishing, impersonation, malware, harassment, illegal content, network abuse, artificial traffic, unauthorized calls, credential theft or attempts to bypass carrier or platform rules.
3. Messaging
SMS, WhatsApp and Email must be used with proper consent, clear sender identification, content consistent with the declared use case and opt-out mechanisms when applicable.
4. Telephony
IP Telephony, SIP Trunk and UCaaS must not be used for fraudulent calling, spoofing, abusive robocalling, unauthorized traffic, unapproved resale or activity that causes complaints, blocking or carrier action.
5. Internet, Cloud and Datacenter
Connectivity and infrastructure services may not be used for attacks, abusive scanning, malware distribution, botnets, spam, hosting illegal content, resource abuse or harm to third parties.
6. Account security
Customers must protect users, passwords, API keys, PBX systems, devices, servers and connected systems. Use of compromised credentials may result in preventive suspension.
7. Investigation and cooperation
TelHarbor may investigate abuse reports, request information, require remediation, apply filters, limit traffic or suspend services when operational, legal, security or compliance risk exists.
8. Consequences
Violations may result in traffic blocking, partial suspension, full suspension, service termination, content removal, provider reporting or additional actions depending on severity.
