Information Security Policy
Servicios Technologicos Antares de Costa Rica S.A., with its registered trademark TelHarbor, is a company devoted to the provision of DataCenter, Hosting, Business Internet, National and International Telephony and Cybersecurity services.
TelHarbor has decided to implement an Information Security Management System based on ISO 27001:2022, with the aim of preserving the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, protecting it from threats, ensuring continuity of business lines, minimizing damage, maximizing return on investment, enabling opportunities and promoting continuous improvement.
TelHarbor�s General Management recognizes that information is an asset of high value for the organization and therefore requires adequate protection. Through this policy, the basis for information security objectives is established.
Through the development and implementation of the Information Security Management System, General Management undertakes to develop products and services in accordance with applicable legal requirements included in the scope, establish and comply with contractual requirements with interested parties, define security training requirements, prevent and detect malicious software, manage business continuity, determine consequences for violations of security policies and act at all times with strict professional ethics.
This policy provides the reference framework for continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System and for establishing and reviewing its objectives. The policy is communicated to the organization and remains available to the general public.
This policy will be reviewed annually for adequacy, and extraordinarily whenever significant changes occur in the context of the organization.
