Every item has a 30- or 90-day warranty from delivery, shown on its page. If it shows a failure in that period, contact us and we will tell you how to process it.

Do you ship outside Costa Rica?

Yes, across the Americas. Shipping is quoted separately depending on the destination and the number of units.

Is there volume pricing?

Yes. Request a quote with the number of units and we will send you the price for that quantity.

Who issues the invoice?

It depends on your country: TelHarbor invoices from Costa Rica or from the United States, according to where your company is.
