Video and collaboration: video meetings and teamwork tools, built into the app (Collaboration tab), over the company secure network. It can be 1-to-1 or a room with several participants.

When you join a room the camera does not turn on by itself — you decide when to enable it.
📘 Explanation (step by step)
- From the Collaboration / Video tab you open a meeting or join a room.
- The connection goes over the company encrypted VPN (internal and secure).
- It can be 1-to-1 or a room with several participants; enable camera and mic whenever you want.

✅ How it is used day to day
- From a call to a meeting. When a call gets complicated, move it to video to share the screen and settle it at once.
- Teams in several locations. The daily team meeting does not depend on everyone being in the same office.
- With the customer. Send them the room link by email or WhatsApp; they join from the browser, with nothing to install.
- With remote support. If someone device needs checking, the Remote Support module allows viewing or controlling the screen with their authorization.
Good video needs a stable connection: if the user network is poor, video is the first thing to degrade.

Does a guest need to install anything?No. They join from the browser using the room link.

How many people fit in a meeting?It depends on the plan and available bandwidth; for large groups it is best to test in advance with the TelHarbor team.

Are meetings recorded?Video recording is not included by default. If you need it, ask through the Help Desk to review how to enable it.
