Política de seguridad de la información
Servicios Technologicos Antares De Costa Rica S.A, con su marca registrada TelHarbor, es una empresa dedicada a la prestación de servicios de DataCenter, Hosting, Internet Empresarial, Telefonía Nacional e Internacional, CiberSeguridad, ha decidido implantar un Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad de la Información basado en la norma ISO 27001 con el objetivo de preservar la confidencialidad, integridad y disponibilidad de la información, proteger a ésta de las amenazas y destinado a asegurar la continuidad de las líneas de negocio, minimizar los daños y maximizar el retorno de las inversiones, las oportunidades y la mejora continua.
La Gerencia General de TelHarbor es consciente que la información es un activo que tiene un elevado valor para la organización y requiere por tanto una protección adecuada. Es así como establece, por medio de esta política la base para los objetivos de la seguridad de la información.
La Gerencia General de TelHarbor, mediante la elaboración e implantación del presente Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad de la Información adquiere los compromisos de desarrollar productos y servicios conformes con los requisitos legales aplicables e incluidas en el alcance, establecer y cumplir los requisitos contractuales con las partes interesadas, definir los requisitos de formación en seguridad y proporcionarlas a las partes interesadas, prevenir y detectar software malicioso, gestionar la continuidad del negocio, establecer consecuencias a las violaciones de las políticas de seguridad plasmadas en los contratos firmados y actuar en todo momento dentro de la más estricta ética profesional.
Esta política proporciona el marco de referencia para la mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad de la Información, así como para establecer y revisar los objetivos del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad de la Información, siendo comunicada a toda la organización. Además, será revisada anualmente para su adecuación y extraordinariamente cuando concurran cambios representativos en el contexto de la organización, estando a disposición público en general.

Information security policy
Servicios Technologicos Antares de Costa Rica S.A, with its trademark TelHarbor, is a company devoted to the provision of DataCenter, Hosting, Business Internet, National and International Telephony and Cyber Security Services and has decided to implement an Information Security Management System based on the ISO 27001 standard with the aim of preserving the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information, protecting it from threats and ensuring the continuity of the lines of business, minimizing damage and maximizing return on investment, opportunities and continuous improvement.
TelHarbor’s General Management is aware that information is an asset that has a high value for the organization and therefore requires adequate protection. This is why it establishes, through this policy, the basis for the objectives of information security.
TelHarbor’s General Management, through the development and implementation of this Information Security Management System, undertakes to develop products and services in accordance with the applicable legal requirements included in the scope, establish and comply with the contractual requirements with the stakeholders, define security training requirements and provide them to stakeholders, prevent and detect malicious software, manage business continuity, determine consequences for violations of security policies enshrined in signed contracts and act at all times within the strictest professional ethics.
This policy provides the reference framework for the continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System, and establishes and reviews the objectives of this system, which will be communicated to the entire organization. In addition, this policy will be reviewed on an annual basis for its adequacy and, extraordinarily, whenever there are significant changes in the context of the organization, and the same will be available to the general public.
